@emilepojogeanu russia has a long history of shooting down civilian airliners and this wasn't even near any Ukrainian controlled territory when the plane was struck. Unless Ukraine has unlocked teleportation I don't think they did it.

plane was circling for a while so it was apparent that something was wrong. also people just film airplanes. drive past any fences at an airport and you'll see a bunch of people filming the landings.
