shelters are not safe..... your there with other homeless .....and although alot of homeless are decent people, there are also alot that steal and or worse.... shelters are not safe, not just for the reason that I just gave, there are other reasons that make it not safe.....I was homeless for a long time....it's very scary world, being homeless
