Why does marijuana have to pay for treatment, it's bad enough that ollc runs the dispensaries.....weed is it's own thing it's own category......why not take the money the state makes on methadone clinic and pay for rehab...... Weed money should go to hippie like things, like free BBQ in the park, with live music and giant bins where people can drop off yummy non parishables for the food bank 😁😁😁😁😁😁
