  5.  @NicooRico  I'd say that it was unprovoked for Irgun and Lehi (the Stern Gang) to kill British peacekeepers, just a couple of years after the British military helped to defeat Hitler, liberated Bergen-Belsen, etc.

  7.  @soulsol94  Carrying out ethnic cleansing is not defense. I'm referring to not just what's happening right now, but also what happened at the state's founding. Many of the Zionist leaders of that generation were pretty explicit about what they were doing. Hell, so is historian Benny Morris, who goes on to say that said ethnic cleansing was necessary. Also, I'm not sure what makes Irgun and the Stern Gang (Lehi) any better than Hamas.
