  1. There's a similar report from the massacre in Norway about ten years ago. Some police were in a boat, circling the island (in a river) where a lot of the killing happened. It was dark by then, and they could hear phones make noise and light up as calls & texts kept coming, and finally the batteries died.

  6. Have you looked into groups like Pink Pistols, Arm Your Friends, Trigger Warning, and so on? They're self-defense organizations, focused on these communities/demographics/etc.
