  1. "Crime crisis..." "Blue-state business..." Yes, it's Fox indeed, pushing the culture of fear. Most categories of crime in this country have steady (or even declining) rates, although there was a homicide upswing during/after the pandemic. This owner had a serious problem, and some places definitely do, but "crisis" and the "blue-state" snarl words are unnecessary. That sort of thing has negative effects on viewers.
