It perpetuates a cycle of violence, and it only teaches kids to avoid getting caught, or simply to fear consequences rather than understanding right and wrong.   30. Crime rates are worse in Bakersfield and Fresno, both of which are either GOP-dominated or are represented by Republicans at higher levels, than in L.A. or SF. New York is pretty safe these days. In contrast, Mobile (Republican mayor) does not hold up well. "Democrap?" Grow up.
