Opposition to Zionism is not anti-Semitic.

@debramg Is that the best that you can do?
6
Do you have any data for that?
6
Out of control now? Crime was much worse in the 1980s and part of the 1990s.
5
Presidents do not make law in the District.
3
@x77punk77x Of course not. That's the point.
3
@ericcarterofthehillpeople Not this again. Lots of people did, in contrast, win the Herman Cain Award.
3
That's nonsense. Most of the relevant laws that affect crime are made at the state level. The GOP-run states are the worst in this regard. Besides, Maryland has had a Republican governor recently. Also, what's the reason for the quotation marks?
3
Anti-zionism is not anti-Jewish.
3
I hope that they can find the animals!
2
@truthmatters8241 Which is?
2
@Jmons-v8p Is there empirical evidence? Megyn Kelly talking about something is not empirical evidence.
2
@ericcarterofthehillpeople Why?

I always think of that whenever I read/hear about that neighborhood. Another DC neighborhood is named Kalorama. I always imagine that it must have a lot of Kal. It's a Kal-o-rama!

The US and Israel have never fought on the same side of a war. Also, see the USS Liberty, the Lavon Affair, stolen nuclear secrets, etc.

@karensback ?
1
@vanessamckenzie9179 ...is a criminal.
1
@derp8575 That's a canard. Crime rates aren't based on prosecutions, but on reports. Much larger parts of DC were no-go zones back then. There's no countrywide conspiracy among police to underreport crime rates. People nearly always think that crime rates are worse than it actually is.
1
@QuadriviumNumbers It's not just a matter of not knowing recent history. People who lived through it still have their perceptions altered by lurid reporting. People always think that crime rates are worse than they actually are.

@ILikeTurtlesAndThings It occurs to me that Silver Spring and Takoma Park are right on the DC border. If someone was doing this on said border, it would qualify as "across state lines," and thus be a federal offense.
1
@ILikeTurtlesAndThings That too!

The lumpenproletariat usually doesn't vote.
1
@lauralintonmacfarlane5264 Postwar? A lot of Jews went to the US, Canada, etc.
1
@21stCenturyCRUSADER Look at the history of the term "Palestine." It goes back to around 1150 BCE. While the term "Israel" might be slightly older than that, it referred to a people who were in a small part of Palestine, but only a small part.
1
@dasael11 Most Ashkenazim (and perhaps Jews with origins elsewhere) are, genetically speaking, only loosely connected to Palestine, if at all. Now we're getting into the "Blood Quantum" mess. That term is usually used in the US as part of debates about who "counts" as being Indigenous, and yet not all tribes see it as a matter of "blood."

@truthmatters8241 I'm seeing data regarding an increased risk of heart attacks and strokes due to severe Covid-19 infections, particularly in the first wave.
1
Israel is no friend to Christians. Those in Israel are 2nd-class citizens, those in the West Bank are less than that, and those in Gaza are target practice (and might be doomed). Jewish mobs have attacked churches. Don't be fooled.
1
onceagain6184 Yes, those dogs should be banned from everywhere. They're bred for violence. It's in their genes.
1
@ChuckThree Indeed, although I'm not 100% sure what you're implying.
1
@SASA-il3wt USS Liberty. Lavon Affair. Stolen nuclear secrets. They're no friends of ours.
1
Stop shouting.
