  40. Why did neither Cohen nor Kirschner use the phrase "Jury Nullification?" That's what it's called when at least one juror refuses to go along with the crowd (usually by refusing to convict, although it can go the other way as well). Most of the time, this is because the nullifiers disagree with the law, but it could be for different political reasons. Jury nullification, by itself, is not misconduct.
