  2.  @RacerX1971  No. The policies such as curfews make it very difficult to get/keep a job while staying in a shelter. Besides, a large minority of homeless people have jobs, sometimes even full-time, but housing is too expensive.

  3.  @RacerX1971  Among other things, they can't get jobs that have shifts later than the curfew. Your anecdotes are not data. Look it up; you will see the bigger picture.
