@luisdelossantos830 I might have missed something, but did he tell them that he was looking for a phone? He may have been doing just that at first, but he closed the distance with them.

@nooneanybodyknows7912 Capital punishment is more expensive. Maybe that means something to you, as you might not care about all the people who've been exonerated from death row, and from murder convictions in general.
