  3.  @gardener5857  The US (the government is not "we") supports violent reactionary elements all over the world, whether governments or opposition movements. The humanitarian and economic consequences of this are severe, giving rise to things like femicide, and violent gangs in general. People flee this situation, and then are scapegoated as "illegal immigrants." Asking for asylum is legal, but never mind.
