  12.  @VictorEstrada  People suggest having packages delivered to one's job, but what if the workplace isn't open when the delivery arrives? Note also that some jobs (government positions, for example) don't allow incoming packages.

  15. People who work for the government can't get packages delivered to their workplaces. Also, not every workplace is open at the same times as deliveries occur. What about people who don't have cars, and might not be able to transport packages home?
