  1. Rape exceptions don't make sense. If you think that an embryo is the same thing as a baby, then the circumstances of conception wouldn't change that. Thus, it's just more evidence that the goal is to punish women for having sex.

  2. I've seen a couple of videos in which they escaped. In one case he got into a vast, heavily wooded apartment complex, ditched the car, and disappeared. In another, they got into a large parking garage, and did the same sort of thing.

I'm referring to personhood, the characteristics that make killing wrong: sentience, the will to live, biological autonomy, and everything else that is taken away when a person is killed. In a rudimentary way, babies have that. Embryos & fetuses don't. There's no harm in not being born.
