@vincenzopinto702 Come up with a different line, please. This attitude just makes boys more reluctant to come forward.

@mcren6781 No. It harms boys just as it does girls.

@dudebro91-fn7rz As a matter of fact, yes. Not due to being hit on, although that's creepy. Mental health professionals make it very clear that boys who go through this tend to have very serious problems with boundaries, trust, and forming healthy relationships of all kinds. It can get even worse, depending on the circumstances. Attitudes like yours make it worse; boys/men are afraid to come forward, in part because they get this message that what happened to them is supposedly a good thing. Do you think that such behavior by women should be legal? What about all the other combinations of sexes (woman-girl, man-boy, man-girl)?

@HeShoeTooBig No, this isn't what "teachers are like." These cases stand out because they're perverse. Most kids who get victimized in this way are at home when it happens, with someone they trust.

@Idkkkmisskitty Indeed. Those attitudes are part of the problem. Men who've been through this feel like there's something wrong with them when they don't have positive feelings about it all.

@mikeshelogowski434 It does a lot of damage.

I know; it's exasperating how many adults don't know to stay quiet.

@landonmiles97 Unfortunately, the harm is often understood years later, but sometimes it's more immediate.

@IvanSacofski What makes you think that?
