  2. Embryos aren't babies yet. The issue is personhood, the characteristics that make killing wrong. Embryos and fetuses don't have that. Nobody minds not being born.

  6.  @Babu-kr3cr  Embryos aren't babies. That comes later. There's also no link (none!) between abortion and depression, nor anything similar. The vast majority of women who have abortions feel relief, not regret. The data is very clear on this.

  7.  @Babu-kr3cr  Human? Of course! The issue, however, is personhood, the criteria that determine whether or not killing is wrong. Embryos and fetuses aren't babies; they don't have personhood: sentience, the will to live, biological autonomy, and everything else that's taken away when a person is killed. In a rudimentary but very real way, babies have that. Embryos and fetuses don't and can't. They're in a quasi-parasitic state with the host, and thus the decision is hers. Nobody minds not being born.
