  2.  @TheInfiniteSheldon  Reagan's mass-murderous actions in Central America were even worse than just the War on Drugs, and play a huge role in the migration crisis. Of course, Reagan also raised taxes when necessary, and tried to work w/Gorbachev on nuclear reduction, partially because he saw the TV movie "The Day After." That stuff doesn't really redeem him, of course.
