It's just getting reported on more, and ignored/tolerated less often.

"A part," you mean. You do want her apart from your community.

That's not funny. This is very harmful, no matter the sexes involved.

Exactly!

I know that that's a South Park reference, but no, it's not nice at all.

would *have

It's nothing new. For a long time, women couldn't even be charged for such an act.

@gangstadrz9326 Thanks!

Not so. Riker's Island is full of people in horrible conditions who haven't even had hearings yet. Sing-Sing and plenty of other prisons are as active as ever. The fact is that people, especially a lot of men, don't understand that it's really harmful when women do this to boys.
2
What do you mean by that?

I realize that that's a South Park reference, but no, there's nothing nice about this.

Hardly. The double standards persist in a lot of places.

@rickreallylikedthevideobut7899 I'm not sure what that has to do with anything.
1
@ljfacil No, I was wondering what Forrest Gump has to do with anything.

@Gius_13 What's so funny? What comment are you referring to?

?

@bird4816 Yeah. Apparently, there's a South Park episode in which a teacher does this sort of thing. The boy reports it, and the cops, like so many men, don't understand the problem. They exclaim variations of "nice." The fact is that this sort of behavior does a lot of psychological damage to the boys. They frequently have longstanding difficulties forging healthy relationships, understanding boundaries & consent, and so on. It's a terrible thing for adults to do, no matter the sexes involved.
1
*its Nah, women are still not taken seriously as perpetrators all over the country.
1
@kujo62 True, but most people who read it (and I for one am only aware of the episode; I haven't seen it) think that anyone who uses that comment does genuinely approve of this behavior.
1
Why not, in your opinion?
