  1. Totally wrong! Triple the rent for that area if you want something decent. I've lived in her area for eighteen months and I can tell you the lake area is set up to fleece gringos. Theft is a huge issue in many of the stores and markets. Most of the criminals come out of Guadalajara. While they're not bold enough to snatch your phone out of your hand like in Guadalajara, they have no problem picking your pocket in Walmart, Pancho's, or Superlake. The restaurants are geared for the old Gringo trade, higher prices than the rest of Mexico, and mediocre food. The visuals you are showing are not entirely of San Antonio, it doesn't have a Koi pond, that's in Ajijic. Stop lying to folks. 🤔
