This is written under the comprehension that Tesla is giving you it's absolute best service (which none of us would get if it were us as we don't post everything on mazatube). So am I to understand that Tesla Broke all this glass and won't pay for their mistake? Is that accurate? Because if so I don't know of a dealership that would act in this manner when they clearly and admittedly broke perfectly good parts of my car. Just the fact that all this has had to come from that fender bender is insane. Why is it that other manufacturers (yes even when cars are built out of aluminum) will repair some of the parts not just replace every single thing on a brand new car. It was a small fender dent (yes I understand secondary damage etc) but they can't straighten any part or repair and part it must be new replaced parts. (All work done by going in through the sun roof LOL). This also would never be a situation with another dealer where you are left with nothing to drive as they (from my experience) have loaner cars for customers that are in such a situation ( which they would rarely if ever be for this kind of time). Again INSANE! During this time your still making payments on a car you can't use and paying for transportation out of pocket again (other than the first month). I'd also place a wager that the date of June 19th will come and go without all the parts. But we'll wait and see. I think I'd buy and enjoy a BMW M2 and go to the race track as I wouldn't be going with it to the drag strip anyway. Thanks for the great content.
