This is stupid. Whom ever is best for the job should get the job regardless of age, race or gender. That's it. That's fair and unbiased treatment. If the world accepts this "Everyone gets a blue ribbon" garbage then we are on our way to banality, purposelessness, and drone mentality (Communism). People will have no reason to dream or reach for the highest heights. (The pursuit of happiness). No reason to try and improve what ever gifts God gave them in the different areas they have them. Or to become better in any skill set they have chosen. Or to choose at all.
