  1. 1:00:11 Yea I hear ya mate! I live in Canada and the winters SUCK here for that. Salt is a great way of melting the snow on the roads but in doing so it destroys cars and corrodes bolts etc. Just crazy IMHO. I used to love winter as a younger man as I loved Down Hill Skiing Snowmobiling and sliding. We call it tobogganing (Well some of us still do) even though we really don't use them anymore LOL. But in my older years snow just means one thing to me now. Shoveling!! And the only real fun I get out of it is drifting my rear wheel drive BMW's. But that only lasts for a little while then I'm ready for asphalt and warm weather LOL!

  2. Being that the sled is a two stroke I'd think it probably has some great low end torque! I was always taught never to go on a long ride into areas that I don't really know ALONE or without at least telling people exactly where I've gone. (Which he totally did. He said his friend was supposed to meet him there). A sled will get so stuck you can't get it out alone. Then there's break downs with weather changes etc. It's NOT a good idea at all. I know he's a capable man with his smarts being his greatest asset. But just don't do it. On top of that he's on an unknown sled without having checked it for problems. H's not usually like this too much LOL. Well some of the water adventures he's done were pretty wild. But looked like fun!
