  1. There are a few JDM cars from that era that seem to have that very same Harmonic Balancer problem. I just did that job on my friends 2002 Nissan Sentra. As well I did it on a Mitsubishi a while ago. The exact same thing where the ring pulley separated from the rest of the balancer. After replacing the balancer I saw a video where the guy just took some JB Weld (Hey maybe you've heard of it before?? LOL) and smeared it onto the ring situated it by witness marks and slammed it back on there claiming "Works every time all the time!!" LOL.
