  15. @Yo Momma using your logic, we'd need a license for every transaction in the market, you know, to ensure that people don't get "duped" and are used as a "guinea pig", right? i mean where do you draw the line with that kind of reasoning? it makes way more sense to assume people are rational actors in the marketplace and problems will sort themselves out more efficiently than stifling growth and progress by handicapping trade and commerce with unnecessary burdens.
