@jedknight4389 he was literally attacked every single day since he originally decided to run for president in 2015...the "insurrection" (that Pelosi allowed to happen by not securing the capitol) was the swamp's ultimate plan to prevent him from running for office again.

@jedknight4389 Trump could not have deployed the national guard on DC soil without permission from Mayor Bowser (who refused the guards) and Pelosi who is in charge of capitol security. If he actually deployed troops without permission...THAT WOULD BE AN INSURRECTION. so either he deployed them without permission = insurrection, or the capitol was "overtaken" by rioters who were let into the capitol by Pelosi's capitol security = insurrection. either way, they were planning to pin the charge of insurrection on him to prevent him from running for president again.
