  7.  @jasminelindros8923  when you associate with whom you want, that is segregation. desegregation is forcing you to interact with those you do not wish. think about the immorality of forcing people to be around those they do not wish to interact with.

  11.  @jasminelindros8923  i'm okay with any of that as long as it allows businesses, home-owners associations, schools, any private entity to discriminate for any reason and yes that includes race, etc. the problem is, right now, we DO NOT have the right to free association. if people do not have control over whom they are forced to interact with, then they do not have control over their culture and way of life. if sweden changed immigration laws and prohibited non-whites from entering their country, that would not violate your "right of free association". even if it were just one county in sweden doing this and you were a non-white living in another county in sweden, that would not violate your right of free association. and you can extrapolate this pretty much down to the individual level. you do not have a right of putting yourself in the presence of others who do not want you around.

  12.  @jasminelindros8923  the civil rights act was the greatest infringement on civil liberties in recent times. no longer could people dictate their culture and way of life, they were forced to associate with people that were not welcome. if you can't see the evil and immorality of that, then god help you. the freedom of association means the freedom to segregate which you seem to misunderstand.

  14.  @jasminelindros8923  again, you're saying a people do not have a right to maintain the culture of their country, that they should just move away if they want to get away from others they do not wish to be around. that's precisely my point, the people comprising the cultural majority of a country should have the right of cultural determinism. that goes for ALL countries: Uganda, Sweden, Japan..etc. if it's just a "free for all" then cultures get mixed up and destroyed much much quicker and that's the antithesis of diversity.
