@charliegoodnight7560 Trump is obviously separating himself from DeSantis so DeSantis doesn't get guilt by association when he runs for Speaker of the House or even president.

Trump is going for speaker of the house. He is separating himself from DeSantis so people cannot smear him when he runs for president.

@Baronarx V Covid would have disappeared by April, but the media and other branches of govt sensationalized it because it was his reelection year and that was literally the only thing they could have blamed Trump on going into his reelection. are you really that dense to believe otherwise? have no doubt that if it were Biden or Obama's reelection year, it would have been treated like SARS where the govt just said "use your best judgement".

@Gary Browning Trump will run for Speaker of the House, DeSantis will run for president. Trump is currently distancing himself from DeSantis so the media cannot paint DeSantis as a Trump affiliate. The two have obviously worked out a plan going forward.
