  1.  @oogenshire  Not true. Carbine means 'short rifle,' and does NOT require it to be pistol caliber. For example, the current US-issue M4 carbine is... 5.56 NATO.

  2. Bubba is not purely an American character. I would NOT put it past some South American Bubba making a 70 pound flashbang SMG. That said, it is probably a bolt gun.
