  1. EXCELLENT FPSRussia impersonation. Edit: The name for that style of bolt is "Telescoping Bolt," as the bolt at least partially 'telescopes' over and encloses the chamber and barrel.

  2.  @smorrow  the distinction lies in that the telescoping bolt reciprocates under the top cover, rather than forming part of the top cover. Yeah, on just such technicalities patents depend.
