  1. Once again, Putin's proxies wave Russia's nuclear dick about. It's as limp this time as it always has been. In all the 80-odd years that nuclear weapons have existed, they've been used in anger exactly twice. Both times by the United States. Putin (and his proxies) should give that a good hard think.
