  1. Hypersonic missiles are extremely poor at attacking moving targets. Army units are too small, too mobile to be efficient targets for these missiles. The Khinzal missiles should be targeted at strategic targets, such as munitions factories, energy generation facilities, fuel depots, etc. Please note that Russia is targeting substations and civilians - terror targets. It may mean that Russian intelligence on strategic Ukrainian assets is utter crap, or that they want to hurt civilians, or that their targeting on their very expensive missiles is completely shitty. Or some combination of the above.
