  1. Russia CANNOT be trusted. Casual brutality from Russian soldiers doesn't much surprise me, sadly. Too much of Russia remains primitive, ignorant, and brutal as only peasants can be. No Ukrainian would waste a HIMARS missile on their own people. It's too valuable waste such a weapon for a highly dubious propaganda boost, especially when they're already completely dominating the publicity war.
