@FddsthFgjhd 1) picture shows ataman who joined Russian Tsar to fight against Turkey, this guy also fought against Poland. At the end of Russo Turkish wars - Russia secured Zaporozhye 2) It does. The history of USSR belongs to every country that was part of USSR. And the history of those countries during the soviet rule - belongs to the USSR. Ukraine can and should be proud of the achievements of the USSR and the Russian Empire, they also should be proud of the achievements of Poland. Because they were part of their history

Ukraine was part of Russia at the time, so it's Russian history as well. Just like the history of Russia is Ukrainian history

@FddsthFgjhd 1) "In 1659, he was elected as Kosh Otaman of the Zaporizhian Host, allying with Tsardom of Russia. Together with the Russian Prince Trubetski fought against the Crimean Khanate" "in 1670, once again Sirko pledged loyalty to Russian Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich" 2) Imagine every Ukrainian region leaving Ukraine, similarly to countries in the USSR in 1991. Would you be proud of what united Ukraine achieved together? Or would you say "I only care about the achievements of my Lvov region, the heroism of the people of Kiev during the Russian invasion has nothing to do with me since we were just occupied by Ukraine" ? In the 1600s people of Ukraine and Russia defeated Turkey together, in the 1900s they defeated Nazis and launched people in space together too. Those are still achievements of your people, relationships between Russia and Ukraine right now have nothing to do with it

@Arson_Man "помойму найтупейший" здесь ты с такой грамматикой. Человек, не умеющий писать, вообще не имеет никакого права критиковать что либо

@LeoLag_ Russia was ruled by 2 dynasties: Rurick and Romanov. First Rurick was Knyaz of Russian city Novgorod, captured Kiev in 900s and called his new country Kievan Rus'. Since then history of Ukranian land is also history of Russia. Because his descendant was Ivan the Terrible who called himself Tsar of all of Russia. "Every history belongs to certain people" - no, UK was at some point captured by Roman empire and this period of time will be in Italian and in UK history. So big chunk of Ukranian history is about Ukraine being part of Russia, just like big chunk of Russian history is also about Ukraine being part of their land, it has nothing to do with Putin Putin invaded Ukraine because they were bombing civilians for almost a decade Moscow is indeed a pretty young capital. Previously Russian capital was Ladoga, Novgorod, Kiev, Vladimir and San Petersburg. If Ukraine builds new city and calls it capital of Ukraine - would you also say that Ukraine is only few days old? What a dumb logic

It wasn't Russia that overthrew DEMOCRATICALLY elected government in Kiev. And it wasn't Russia that started "anti terrorist operation" against it's own civilians

@justaplayer94 Turchinov announced it a week before Strelkov crossed Ukrainian border You don't need someone's permission to protect people. Especially since Crimean government asked Russia for help It would be ok indeed, strong eat the weak. It's been like this since forever. During the Russian revolution - Russia also lost land. There's no such thing as morality is global politics
2
@Condor1970 Crimea wasn't attacked by Ukraine because Russia protected it. In areas without Russian presence (outside of a few mercs) 3200 civilians died and 80% of them on rebel controlled territory. Crimean authorities saw how their government was overthrown by a bunch of right sector Nazis and billionaires. And made many official statements about them supporting the government and asking protestors to stop the violence

@LeoLag_ Ukraine was part of Russia for a thousand of years, so yeah, history ot Ukraine is Russian history
2
@LeoLag_ What's the difference between ancient Ukrainians and Russians? Other than hairstyle. And yeah, Russia had Cossacks too Ivan the Terrible isn't Romanov, but Rurick. That's why i said that the same dynasty captured Kiev and called their new country Kievan Rus' and Russia later. Danilo called himself king of Rus', not Russia, but he's also from same Rurick dynasty that captured Kiev in 900s Well, Eastern Ukrainians didn't wanted to be part of Ukraine after new pro nazi government overthrew DEMOCRATICALLY elected government. Btw, if you find wiki page about Ukrainian elections before 2014 - you will see that entire Eastern half of Ukraine was always voting for pro Russian candidates. And guess what regions voted for them overwhelmingly - Crimea, Donbas and Lugansk. Probably if thousands of people in Kiev weren't jumping on streets and chanting "hang all Russians" and haven't tried to ban Russian language as second official language - Putin would have no reason to capture pro Russian territory of Ukraine

@@vovantiy7548 history is cringe because it doesn't fit your agenda? Poor boy, i bet it's hard to hear anything from outside of your echo chamber

@TheOneWhoSometimesSaysOk Where exactly did he lie? Quote him. With the timing if possible
2
