@ettoreatalan8303 Kiev independent also reported it. There are plenty of sources in the internet and not a single one suggests that NATO makes more artillery shells than Ukraine. So what's your point again?

By "some reports" you mean official data from Russian government. And they were talking about recruiting volunteers, there's nothing "covert" about it. Prisoners who join the army aren't convicts, but volunteers

But Ukraine is sacrificing thousands in cauldrons (Bahmut Krinky, Lysichansk, Severodonetsk, Mariupol and Avdeevka) and for PR stunts (Belgorod, Crimea) And pretty much everyone admitted that Ukraine has manpower shortages despite kidnapping people off streets to throw them into the military for the last 2 years
