To me the ARJ21 and C919 were never going to be the top of the industry. China never expected them to be. The issue is the second generation. That's when all of China' learning will matter. These two planes are mainly "testing" domestically and learning. That's how China works.

@markcasila8310 how can you steal something you pay for??? China paid Siemens and even Bombadier. Now it doesn't need them as Chinese trains are more advanced. Talk sensibly.

@ashishpatel350 completely false. Google never had a larger marketshare than baidu in China. Google refused to keep it's data in China so that's why it had to leave.

Biden just announced "Buy American" for all government contracts. The EU of course pushes Airbus. it's common all over the world.

@nasmurph5453 it's constitution literally says it governs all of China including the mainland - lol. That's why they called it "One China Policy". Both sides claimed to be ruler of China.

@indianatarzan8001 Just just became a middle income country per capita in 2018. So it was absolutely BY THE RULES OF THE WTO a developing country. China didn't write the rules - so don't be made China played the game and won.
