  1. 7:40 - Hand tight, exactly! I never understood why some people tighten those set screws like there's no tomorrow (ask me how I know...) when their only job is to hold the rotor in place when the bracket is out. Also, two screws per rotor is kind of overkill, one is sufficient.

  2.  @loubakker5000  - Well, it was a rethorical question but if you really want to know, removing them from the from rotors involved an angle grinder, a drill and screw taps. That's how tight they were.
