  1. Yeah, it's probably one of those drivers who only has a dashcam to point out other drivers' mistakes and not his own. When he rearends someone (because in the state those brakes are in it's definitely going to be a "when", not an "if") I bet he's going to accuse the other driver of brake checking him.
