  1. 6:27 - The white van driver did the right thing, Ian. They had a clear lane in front of them, so it was much better to just go instead of standing there and force the ambulance to zig-zag through traffic. Some people will disagree because "it's mandatory to stop" but if the van had stopped it would've blocked the ambulance or at least delayed its progression, that's why you hear the ambulance honking for it to go at 6:23.
