  1. Don't be too hard on yourself for not knowing who the presidents of the european countries are, Ian, because most of them are not that important. Of course, there's Macron (France), Zelensky (Ukraine), Erdoğan (Türkye), Putin (Russia) or Lukashenko (Belarus), who run their countries, but regarding the majority of the european countries, the person you should know is the Prime-Minister. By the way, our PM (Portugal) might not be very "news-friendly" in the US because his last name is Montenegro.
