  1. There's one thing you need to be aware of when reading the nutrition table, Ian: did you notice that it says "sugars" and not "sugar"? That's because it includes all sugars, added and natural. When you see a product that has no added sugars but still has, let's say, 10g or 15g of sugars per 100ml, it means they're all natural, good sugars that are present in the natural ingredients. In Tropicana's case, since the added sugar is cane sugar (assuming it's not completely messed up), those 26g of sugars might not be all that bad and they might even be better than the other beverages that have refined sugar added.
