  40. In Mpls, authorities give the homeowner about 6 mos to clean up a problem property, then after paperwork is completed, come in with bulldozers and level it to the ground. Nothing to break into, or trespass for. Because Everett hasn’t torn it down, this isn’t over for the neighbors. Far from it.
