  1. Billy-Joe a few questions: who pays for the building & taxes? Who makes sure people are safe inside? Rules are followed? Who pays for the utilities? Who pulls maintenance & cleaning? Who insures for liability? I’d contribute to a FEMA camp in the outskirts of Yakima. (Sorry Yakima).

  5. The city blows hot air for photo ops, but doesn’t follow thru. There’s money to be made, like the scam ex-mayor Ed Murray ran with his husband. Or read Danny Westneat’s investigative articles in the SeattleTimes, explains why things aren’t getting done & the huge roll the Seattle City Council has in keeping things F-cked up. Bruce Harrell can only do so much. We need to overhaul the SCC, starting by firing KuntShama Sawant, Teresa Mosqueda, Tammy Morales, Lisa Herbold & Deb Juarez. The SCC has way too much power, & they’ve shown us they aren’t qualified for years. This city is in real trouble if voters don’t act.

  7. 90%+ of homeless are either drug addicts, mentally ill or both. This is a national problem not merely a local one. We pay for & give free hand outs here, they come from all over the country. We’ve created a maggot magnet, on tax payers’ backs. Yea, we want our parks back! We voted for a Seattle Parks levy a few years back, but not for this reason.
