  2. The ONLY thing Sage investment can do is get a lawyer to put Tacoma govnmnt on notice for NOT ENFORCING THEIR OWN LAWS. As for code compliance, Tacoma code enforcement will force the owners to move tenants out& pay for replacement lodgings up until their leases expire. $$$$ ka Ching. They should NEVER have bought the place until it was COMPLETELY VACANT. Really stupid.
