  10.  @Mike-tt8wi  Used to be a landlord. Even with a low(er) mortgage, I was still forced to charge $2400/mo due to exorbitant TAXES, incredible UTILITIES, & insurance. Threw in the towel with rental inspection fees, & laws making it impossible to screen or evict. Screw it! Sold to a developer! Ha! Blame the city, not Ma&Pa landlords!
