  3.  @karwinchau4684  have you been listening to the bizarre stuff coming out of city councils in western Wash? The Seattle CC even came up with the phrase “crime of poverty” or “survival”. Police won’t even respond, not that they have the officers anyway. Our last city prosecutor Pete Holmes, lost his re-election bc he released, never prosecuted.
