  4. Best friend (ha!) ran thru her parents’ inheritance with rehabilitation. No money for her sister’s kids college tuitions. Fking idiot died of an overdose. Her nephews have to struggle for college costs. Too bad she didn’t die 30 years earlier, her nephews would have had college paid for.

These people present a clear national security risk to our nation as we throw away good money on ppl that have thrown themselves away. Dutarte has the best plan yet.; gather them up; drop them into the Pacific Ocean 8 miles off. Keep it up til they’re all gone. Then spend ALL THAT MONEY SAVED on education, health care, & homes for ppl that are trying.
