  6. Take a walk.It’s the city that created this dismal situation for landlords & tenants alike. I spent $2,200+every single month on taxes, mortgage, insurance, utilities, Internet. Doesnt include maintenance,damage & filth expense by tenants. Add the anti-landlord laws SCC passed & the covid anti-eviction so poorly written it allowed low lifes to take advantage for 2 yrs. Good riddance! The only alternative is Wall St corporations that can screw SCC and tenants too. You asked for it; you got it— ENJOY!
