@amharaethiopia4854 in an Associated Press article dated April, 2007: “The CIA & FBI have been interrogating al-Qaida militants in the Horn of Africa from 19 countries held at secret prisons in Ethiopia, which is notorious for torture and abuse, according to an investigation by The Associated Press.” In 2007, Tigrayan leaders were running Ethiopia. What kind of money were they paid by the US and where did that money go?
