  1. Sam Brinton was obviously qualified for the position he held at the Dept of Energy. Yes, he’s been vetted & investigated. He can’t be “blackmailed” if his life style is completely out in the open. Still. Many find him disgusting. Question is: can we or should we be able to hire or fire based on a life-style? I think not. BTW. He’s been fired. And yes, I think he’s done this before he got caught at it-twice.
