  4. Biden was told about it when it passed over the Aleutian Islands in Alaska. He should have immediately shot it down then. End of story.

  5.  @VVayVVard  thoughts that the US was caught off-guard? think maybe no shoot-down over Alaska bc of the difficulty finding the components afterwards? Canada too? Betcha there’s protocols in place starting a week ago for shooting anything down on the western coast next time. And now China knows their answer.
